We use a Quasi-Military Model for structure and discipline while the cadets are here at ChalleNGe. This information in the picture was recently shared with all the ChalleNGe programs across the nation. It's a good reminder of what we do here and why we do it.

If you know any 16-18-year-olds that can benefit from the structure and discipline of ChalleNGe, we are still accepting applications for Class 56. Class 56 will be starting on October 5th.

We are very proud of each of our graduates and love to share in their success after they graduate from ChalleNGe.

Cadet Hughes from Class 50 had a dream while participating in Canine Cadets. One of her goals was to become a dog trainer, she achieved that goal and is working as a trainer for Zoom Room in Virginia Beach.

Aim high cadets anything is possible if you put in the work. #ccya #challengeworks

Today we had the honor and pleasure of having the First Lady of Virginia Pamela Northam and Acting Secretary Jabs of the Virginia Secretary of Veterans and Defense Affairs visit. Also visiting was General Williams the Adjutant General of Virginia National Guard. They were given a tour and had the opportunity to learn about our Environmental Club. First Lady Northam also presented the club with her official ChalleNGe coin.

Director Chicoine also presented certificates to our guests thanking them for visiting.

Yesterday ended with some more time on the soccer field for the Class 55 soccer tournament. The cadets are working so hard, I know some of the pictures might show them relaxing between games. Most want to stop and pose when we come around with the camera, others not so much. ...
